DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPER

Main responsibilities:

  • Controlling the transportation process and solving all problems occurring during that process
  • Building proper relations with Clients and Carriers
  • Maintaining high quality of provided services
  • Ensuring proper flow of information and documents, including reporting

Expectations

  • Knowledge of English enabling free communication in writing and conversation (not demanded in case of a domestic shipper)
  • Experience in working as a full-truck shipper for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of the transportation market, including the market of shipping companies
  • Good own work organization and precise determining priorities
  • Excellence of logical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Efficiency in working and responsibility for the implementation of the entrusted tasks
  • Involvement and strong motivation to work

OFFICE WORKER IN A SHIPPING COMPANY

Main responsibilities:

  • Fakturowanie, obsługa obiegu dokumentacji
  • Kontrola spływu należności – kontakt z kontrahentami
  • Weryfikacja dokumentacji przewozowej
  • Raportowanie zdarzeń finansowych, zestawienia
  • Realizowanie przepływu informacji oraz dokumentów
  • Obsługa korespondencji pocztowej, przesyłek listowych

Expectations:

  • Knowledge of English and German on the level of free communication in writing and in conversation
  • Knowledge of office devices and programs
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Efficiency in working and responsibility for the implementation of the entrusted tasks
